Affogato is a traditional Italian espresso-based dessert. Affogato generally uses vanilla ice cream, while for our Coco Gato we use our signature Coconut Original Ice Cream with a hot shot of espresso. Coffee improves energy levels, mood, and various aspects of brain function. Coffee and coconut are both high in antioxidants, which protect the body against the destructive effects of free radicals.
