Garlic bread is typically made using a French baguette, allowing the condiments to soak into the loaf while keeping it in one piece. It consists of bread (usually a baguette or sour dough like a ciabatta), topped with garlic and vegetable oil or butter and may include additional herbs. It is then either grilled or broiled until toasted or baked in a conventional or bread oven.

Ingredients:

12 gram (3 cloves) Finely chopped garlic
30 ml KARA Coconut Cooking Oil
1 gram (2 tsp) Chopped parsley leaves
2-3 slices KARA Coconut Bread Loaf

Directions:

  1. Finely chop garlic and parsley leaves
  2. Put KARA Cooking Oil to the refrigerator, about 15 minutes, until cold and freezes
  3. Preheat the oven at 120 °C
  4. Mixed garlic, chopped parsley leaves, salt, and cold KARA Cooking Oil, stir well
  5. Cut the KARA Bread Loaf
  6. Apply the garlic mixture on the KARA Bread Loaf
  7. Bake in the oven at 120 °C about 15 minutes
