Ice Popsicles or “es loli/es lilin” is an ice dessert with a wooden stick. This dessert is made from frozen coloured and flavoured drinks such as coconut, durian, jackfruit, strawberry, kopyor coconut, or other fruits.

Ready in :   3 hours

Ingredients:

Fresh berries such as, strawberry and blueberry or other fruit (sliced or diced)
Coconut water
Glucose syrup (optional)

Directions:

  1. Add sliced fruits into ¾ parts of the moulds. Pour the coconut water over the fruits in the moulds. Close the ice cream moulds and place them in the freezer. Once frozen, Popsicle is ready to be enjoyed!
